Besmir is a U.S.-based finance leader with over a decade of experience spanning strategic finance, business valuation, and operational improvement. He led financial planning at Doordash, a $10B business, and previously advised startups and Fortune 500 clients while working in professional services at KPMG and Ryan LLC. His work has included valuation, financial modeling, and transfer pricing across diverse industries and growth stages.
Besmir holds an MBA from Wharton and a bachelor’s degree in finance from BYU. He is passionate about building high-performing global workforces and helping firms unlock the benefits of offshore talent, enabling cost efficiency, operational clarity, and uncompromising service quality.
Bledi Stafa

Bledi is a seasoned finance executive with over a decade of experience in audit, financial reporting, and operational finance. He has served as an Executive in multiple outsourced service companies, specializing in accounting and technology.
Previously, Bledi spent eight years at PwC Albania and Kosovo, progressing from Assurance Associate to Assurance Manager. He holds an ACCA qualification and earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business economics from the University of Rome.
Based in Albania, Bledi has been a leader in the country’s growing offshoring industry, helping international firms build high-quality teams. He is passionate about talent development, operational excellence, and leveraging global resources to support firm growth.
Klajdi Coka

European Operations Co-Lead
Klajdi is a seasoned finance executive with 14 years of tax, accounting, and corporate finance leadership. As CFO and Finance Director, he has built and guided high-performing teams across tech, CPG, and tourism companies.
He began his career at PwC, where he led IFRS conversions, cross-border tax planning, and transaction due diligence projects for multinationals. This blend of Big Four rigor and hands-on CFO experience provides clients airtight controls, crystal-clear reporting, and data-driven insight.
Klajdi holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Tirana.
